I'm John Abass, but you can call me JABS. I'm a skilled and experienced data analyst who has used data to improve customer experience and retention across various industries.
While working at ABInBev International Brewery, Ilesa, I was part of a cross-functional initiative to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. By analyzing delivery timelines, customer complaints, and order fulfillment data, I identified key bottlenecks in the distribution process—particularly around delayed truck arrivals and lack of real-time visibility for customers.
To solve this, I developed a live truck tracking template in Excelintegrated with GPS and delivery logs. This tool provided real-time updates on delivery status, which enabled the sales and logistics teams to proactively communicate with customers about delivery times.
The results were remarkable: customer complaints about late deliveries dropped by over 30%, and overall customer satisfaction scores improved within three months.

We offer three main categories: Domestic Skills (tailoring, catering, beauty, housekeeping), Technical & Digital Skills (web development, UI/UX design, data analysis, video editing), and Media & Broadcasting (radio/TV training, podcasting, public speaking). Each program is designed to be practical and immediately applicable to real-world income generation.
Program duration varies by skill type. Domestic skills training typically takes 2-3 months, technical skills programs run 3-4 months, and media training is 2-3 months. We also offer intensive weekend programs for working professionals. All programs include hands-on practice and real project work.
Training fees range from ₦15,000 to ₦30,000 depending on the program complexity and duration. Domestic skills start at ₦15,000, technical skills range ₦20,000-₦30,000, and media training is ₦18,000-₦28,000. We offer flexible payment plans and sometimes have scholarship opportunities for exceptional candidates.
Our programs are open to youth aged 15-35, school leavers, graduates, artisans looking to upskill, and anyone passionate about learning new skills. No prior experience is required for most programs. We welcome women, single mothers, and anyone seeking new career paths. Basic literacy and commitment to learning are the main requirements.
We provide comprehensive post-training support including: skill internship pipeline with mentors, business setup guidance, marketing support through JABS Radio/TV exposure, alumni network access, ongoing consultation, and help with online monetization strategies. Our goal is 70% of graduates earning income within 6 months.
JABS Radio/TV provides a platform for students to showcase their work, share success stories, and build their personal brand. We feature graduate businesses, conduct skill-based talk shows, and provide media training. This exposure helps students attract customers and build credibility in their chosen fields.
